The NSW Land Titles Register has recorded October 2020 as the highest level of mortgage activity in the past year. However Major Banks as an overall segment experienced zero net mortgage growth last month in terms of total volumes.

NSW LRS and the Office of the Registrar General have worked with Electronic Lodgment Network Operator, PEXA, to make 99% of dealings available for electronic lodgment, without the need to attach a paper dealing.
