Adding amended plans to ePlan eliminates manual reconciliation for surveyors

NSW Land Registry Services (NSW LRS) has enhanced ePlan, the electronic plan lodgment and validation system, to return amended plans to surveyors after the amendment has been finalised.

NSW Land Registry Services and the Office of the Register General have issued a new guideline to assist with the preparation of a lease of premise and deposited plan for the construction and operation of solar farms in NSW.

Additional NSW LRS Fees - Item 7 Schedule 1 - Real Property Regulation 2014

NSW LRS has recently conducted a review of additional fees raised under the Real Property Regulation 2014. The review found that there were some inconsistencies in the application of these fees across document types and transactions.

From 16 July 2018 Transmission Applications by a devisee, beneficiary or next-of-kin or by executor, administrator or trustee affecting an estate in land will be available to be lodged electronically through an Electronic Lodgment Network currently managed by Property Exchange Australia (PEXA).
