Electronic lodgment of plans in NSW

NSW LRS Connect is an electronic plan lodgment and validation system developed by NSW Land Registry Services (NSW LRS). For registered surveyors, it provides a fast, secure and efficient way of submitting and managing lodged plans. More surveyors than ever are lodging plans electronically for their clients. 

NSW LRS Connect

As part of the Digital Survey Plan Delivery Plan, NSW LRS has migrated all ePlan services to NSW LRS Connect. The Digital Survey Plan is focused on delivering key initiatives for the transition from ‘paper’ to digital survey plans in NSW. The transition from ePlan to NSW LRS Connect will make lodging with NSW LRS easier.

As of 2023, NSW LRS Connect will have increased functionality, including Crown Road Enclosure and Community Plan digital forms, as well as previously enabled digital forms (Deposited Plan, Strata Plan Administration Sheets, and S88.B), and is being made available to other industry stakeholders.

LandXML File Format: The preferred format for digital plans
