Payment methods
Customers are encouraged to pay NSW LRS fees via direct debit. To set up the direct debit facility, please complete this form and return to NSW LRS.
Some benefits of the direct debit facility are:
- No delays to registration of dealing or plan due to non-payment
- Funds deducted from customers’ accounts include due invoices netted off against any available credit notes
- Direct debit advice automatically emailed to customers detailing the invoice or credit note number, date and amount
Payments can be made via credit card using the Online Portal or in person at NSW LRS.
For more information, see our Lodgment Terms and Conditions, March 2017.
Electronic dealings
Fees for electronic dealings raised within an Electronic Lodgment Network Operator’s (ELNO’s) workspace are collected by the ELNO, for example Property Exchange Australia (PEXA). The same fees apply for electronic dealings (registry instruments) as for the equivalent paper dealings.
Should an electronic dealing contain errors and be requisitioned, further fees may be payable to NSW LRS.
