NSW LRS has now enabled the lodgment of Deeds through an Electronic Lodgment Network Operator (ELNO) platform. To assist our customers in successful lodgment and registration of Deeds, we have compiled our top three tips for industry practitioners and ELNO subscribers.
-
Deeds Index Particulars Form
All deeds lodged at NSW LRS require a correctly completed Deeds Index Particulars form. Tips to complete the form are included alongside the form
here.
-
Online Lodgment
The original executed deed must be scanned and uploaded. A copy or certified copy is not permitted.
When lodging your deed electronically, please ensure the original deed, together with the completed Deeds Index Particulars form, are lodged together in the one file.
The Deed supplied must be clear and legible. Low quality images where the text can not easily be read are not able to be registered.
