NSW LRS Lodgment Office reopens on Level 30

We are excited to announce that the refurbishment of the NSW Land Registry Services (NSW LRS) Lodgment Office has been completed ahead of schedule and will officially reopen to customers on Level 30, 175 Liverpool Street, Sydney from 7 November 2024.

Conversion of paper Certificates of Title to electronic Certificates of Title

The NSW Government has mandated the conversion of all paper Certificates of Title (CTs) held by Authorised Deposit-Taking Institution (ADIs) to electronic CTs (eCT) by 1 October 2018.

NSW LRS has recently conducted a review of additional fees raised under the Real Property Regulation 2014. The review found that there were some inconsistencies in the application of these fees across document types and transactions.

eConveyancing Update - PEXA Release 8.0.2

From 16 July 2018 Transmission Applications by a devisee, beneficiary or next-of-kin or by executor, administrator or trustee affecting an estate in land will be available to be lodged electronically through an Electronic Lodgment Network currently managed by Property Exchange Australia (PEXA).
