Plan forms

All  deposited plans to be lodged for registration must be prepared in accordance with the  following requirements.

• All plans must be prepared in the approved form using either Plan form 1 A3 (DP SP) or Plan form 2 A2 (DP). Please note that these plan forms are not drawn to scale they are diagrammatic only to show dimensions.
• Plans intended to be lodged electronically must comply with schedule 5 of the Lodgment Rules.
• Plans intended to be lodged by hand must comply with schedule 7 of the Lodgment Rules.
• The administration sheets  must be prepared using the approved forms Plan form 6 - Administration sheet or Plan form 6 - Administration sheet (Digital) and Plan form 6A - Annexure sheet and comply with schedule 8 of the Lodgment Rules.
• Plans intended to be prepared for the subdivision (of caravan parks and forestry) lease purposes should use Plan form 6B - s.23H or S.23J Administration sheet in lieu of Plan form 6.

 Administration sheets and other documents intended to lodged electronically with a plan must be comply with schedule 6 of the Lodgment Rules.

Plans may be prepared on multiple sheets of Plan Form 2 provided the plan forms have been used efficiently. In this regard, NSW LRS  reserves the right to refuse to accept for lodgment or to register a plan which includes more than 4 sheets. 

Archival quality paper for plan forms

The paper used for the originals of plans and administration sheets must be white or off white, of an archival quality and free from discolouration, blemishes and creases.
