Crown tenures affecting new plans

Incomplete purchase a title sold by the Crown subject to the completion of purchase monies and other restrictions.

Perpetual leasehold a Crown lease in perpetuity which has not been converted to fee simple.

Restrictions on subdivision a restriction endorsed on a perpetual leasehold or incomplete purchase title that prevents subdivision without the consent of the Minister for Lands.
