The Deposited Plan Lodgment Checklist will become mandatory from Monday 1 July 2019 and must accompany the plan and associated documents when lodged over the counter or as suffix code ‘K’ when lodging through ePlan.
The intention of the Lodgment Checklists is to assist Surveyors and Lodging Parties with quality assurance, with the goal to reduce plan requisitions and the overall turnaround times to registration.
The Strata Plan and Community Plan Lodgment Checklists have also been completed, but are not yet mandatory.
