The NSW Land Registry Services (NSW LRS) Lodgment Office, located on Level 30, 175 Liverpool Street, Sydney, will be closed to walk-in customers for a period of approximately 12 weeks while we undergo a refurbishment. The Lodgement Office on Level 30 will close from 19 September 2024 and is expected to reopen by mid-December 2024.
To ensure there is no disruption to usual services, we will have a Temporary Lodgment Office located on Level 27, 175 Liverpool Street which will operate on an appointment only model during this period.
Please note that the main building entrance doors and ground floor Concierge at 175 Liverpool Street, Sydney will remain open.
Temporary Lodgment Office – appointments and entry
For entry to the Temporary Lodgment Office on Level 27 during the above closure dates, appointments can be made via email to our Lodgment Office or phone call to our Contact Centre. Appointment bookings may be made ahead of your visit or upon arrival at 175 Liverpool Street.
Access to the Temporary Lodgment Office on Level 27 will be readily accessible via the lifts and will continue to operate during the business hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm.
NSW LRS online Lodgment and enquiry channels
NSW LRS Contact Centre will be available normal business days and hours throughout the construction period. The NSW LRS Connect plan lodgment portal and electronic document lodgment channels will continue to operate as usual.
