Using NSW LRS Connect Features
1. Viewing your Lodgment History
You are able to view the list of plan numbers associated with your organisation using the ‘Lodgment History’ tab on the NSW LRS Connect sidebar.
Once you are within the Lodgment History page, it is important to select which Lodging Party you want to view as this will populate the screen with the relevant plan numbers. You can do this using the drop-down list at the top right of the screen. For example, selecting an organisation named ‘NSW Surveyors’ will generate the Lodgment History associated with that organisation.
More information on accessing your Lodgment History is available in Section 16 of the NSW LRS Connect User Guide.
2. Using toggles and filters
NSW LRS Connect features drop-down menus, toggles, or filters to assist you in viewing the information relevant to you.
The Invoice screen allows you to view invoices for different organisations using the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner of the screen to select the correct organisation, and filter by different requirements (date created, surveyor, plan number, etc) using each column heading.
The Current Workspaces screen allows you to view your own workspaces, linked organisation workspaces, and workspaces shared with you. When viewing Organisation Workspaces, it is important to use the drop-down menu to select the correct organisation, otherwise the screen will appear blank. You can also filter this screen using the filters at the top of each column.
More information on accessing the toggles and filters for the Current Workspaces screen can be found in Section 2.2 of the NSW LRS Connect User Guide.
3. Sign Up email address
When signing up for NSW LRS Connect, it is important to only sign up once. Registered Surveyors signed up to NSW LRS Connect prior to 31 July 2023, will not be able to sign up again.
