Since 11 October 2021, Government changes to the land titles system in NSW mean almost 100% of Real Property Act dealings must now be lodged electronically through an ELNO by a subscriber.
Booking an appointment to attend the NSW LRS Lodgment Office helps customers to:
- Make sure they have all the required documents before they visit, as their matter is discussed when booking to appointment
- Be redirected to online lodgment options where available – saving them time
- Contribute to safeguarding the wellbeing of our staff and other customers, as visits can be spaced out
NSW LRS will continue to follow all NSW Health guidelines and we request all customers continue to check-in using the Service NSW app.

Christmas Business Arrangements
Our building at 175 Liverpool Street, Sydney, will be closed between Christmas and New Year. On Wednesday 29 December, Thursday 30 December and Friday 31 December the NSW LRS Lodgment Office will be operating, however will be closed to walk-in customers.
Appointment bookings must be made on these dates if there are no online lodgment or enquiry methods available to you. Bookings for these urgent matters can be made by emailing

Our telephone Contact Centre will remain open during the Christmas period, however some services will be affected by reduced staff levels throughout the holiday period.
