On 5 July 2021, NSW LRS will launch the first stage of NSW LRS Connect, a new online portal for the property industry.
Following consultation with Surveying practitioners, in its first release, NSW LRS Connect will allow Surveyors to create Plan workspaces to digitally prepare:
- Deposited Plan administration sheets
- Strata Plan administration sheets
- s.88b instruments
Surveyors must be registered in NSW with BOSSI and be an authorised ePlan user. Registered Surveyors can create an ePlan account by emailing
eplan@nswlrs.com.au
The NSW land titles system is undergoing a major digital transformation. This is the first stage in modernising our online portal to help create a modern, secure and customer-centric one-stop-shop for industry stakeholders.
In July the new digital forms will reduce data duplication and requisitions for Surveyors by validating information entered by practitioners against the NSW land register.
NSW LRS Connect is being designed in consultation with industry to seamlessly connect customers with services and products.
For the first release NSW LRS worked across the Surveying industry to gather feedback, testing the new portal and forms with Craig and Rhodes and SDG Land Developments using live plans.
NSW LRS Online will continue operating as services are migrated to NSW LRS Connect over time. Stakeholders will be kept informed of changes through announcements and email communications.
