Your feedback will help us improve our services at NSW LRS. The survey takes around 5-9 minutes to complete. All survey responses are anonymous. The survey opened today, Monday 18 May 2020 at 9:00 am and will close at midnight on Friday 5 June 2020.
As a result of the last customer survey, NSW LRS is working on a variety of initiatives that aim to improve customer interactions with our office.
Your feedback ensures we are working towards providing a great experience for yourself, business, and the wider community. We have highlighted some initiatives below.
- We have introduced digital Section 88B instruments, which enables Lodging Parties to prepare the document easily and with less chance of administrative errors.
- We have opened account functionality through the Online Portal. This simplifies the process of paying invoices online, paying multiple invoices at once, and making previous invoices available through PDF.
- We have introduced more capability and electronic options for lodgment of documents during COVID-19.
We are also working within our Contact Centre to improve how customers currently obtain information at first point of contact to reduce the ‘call back system’. Please watch this space for future developments.
