The NSW LRS customer feedback survey is being conducted online by market research firm Qualtrics for NSW LRS.

The survey takes around 5-7 minutes to complete, depending on the responses you provide. All survey responses are anonymous.
The survey opened at 9:00 am on Friday 28 June 2019 and closes at midnight on Friday 12 July 2019.
Your feedback helps us to improve
NSW LRS is investing in a range of initiatives to make it easier for customers to obtain assistance from us, including the newly launched website – www.nswlrs.com.au – which makes it easier for customers to access lodgment requirements, forms, and fact sheets, and explore historical land and property records. Our ePlan and the Online Portal systems further assist our customers with lodging and monitoring the progress of select dealings online without having to call our office.
For customers that prefer to speak with us, our Contact Centre and Customer Service Counter teams are available to answer questions, and provide information and guidance by phone and in person.
