In this first release, NSW LRS Connect will allow Surveyors to create Plan workspaces to digitally prepare:
- Deposited Plan administration sheets
- Strata Plan administration sheets
- s.88B instruments
The new digital forms will reduce data duplication and requisitions for Surveyors by validating information entered by practitioners against the NSW land register.
Forms will be downloaded and executed by all necessary parties before being lodged through the
ePlan Portal or at our Lodgment Office. A later release will see all ePlan Portal services, including lodgment, built into NSW LRS Connect.
NSW LRS has developed a number of resources to assist customers navigating the new portal and preparing digital forms. This includes a User Guide, Frequently Asked Questions and Video Demos available in the NSW LRS Connect
help-centre.
