NSW LRS takes the health and safety of our staff and customers seriously. We thank all our customers for working together with us to help keep everyone safe.
Due to the current Covid-19 environment cash payments will no longer be accepted at the Lodgment Office. NSW LRS are also asking customers not to use cheques as a payment method during this time.
All other payment methods will continue to be available – credit and debit cards, and for account-holders direct debt and EFT.
Creating an online NSW LRS account in the
NSW LRS Online Portal means customers can manage any payment.
Invoices can be paid online at the
My Invoice section of the NSW LRS Online Portal.

Online enquiries, submissions and documents
We ask all customers to continue to use online channels to make enquiries, submit and lodge documents, these links are listed below.
Documents
- Submitting supporting documents: Any documentation in relation to an existing case can be submitted through the Virtual Lodgment Office channel (except lodging new documents and Certificates of Title). The Virtual Lodgment Office channel is accessible via the NSW LRS Website under the Virtual Lodgment Office section. More information is available here.
- Lodging new documents: All Real Property Act dealings, Powers of Attorney, Old System Deeds and Primary Applications are available to be lodged electronically through PEXA or Sympli. More information is available here.
- Responding to requisitions: Any documentation required to satisfy requisitions can be submitted through the Secure Upload Portal channel. Customers will receive an email upon requisition which will include instructions on what to do. More information is available here.
Plans
- Lodging new plans and responding to requisitions: All Deposited Plans, Strata Plans, Community Plans, accompanying documentation or correspondence can be lodged via the NSW LRS Online Portal by registered surveyors with an ePlan account. To create an account please contact eplan@nswlrs.com.au
Even though the building that houses our office at 175 Liverpool Street, Sydney, is closed, the NSW LRS Lodgment Office remains open. If it is necessary to attend our Lodgment Office, customers will be escorted from street level. Masks must be worn at all times.
NSW LRS will monitor the situation closely and if restrictions change, NSW LRS will mirror NSW Government health guidance.
